OWNERS OPINION:
We bought the house for it's character and the views to the rear. We like the way the house is laid out and especially like entertaining family and friends in the kitchen/diner area. The area is nice and quiet, especially at night and also handy for shopping in Northwich town or eating out. Knutsford and Tatton Park are 15 minutes away and Northwich town is currently undergoing a substantial development with a five screen cinema, Walmart Asda and several river front cafe's being built and a Waitrose has recently opened.
