This was our first home together and we fell in love with the size of the living space downstairs immediately. We love entertaining for friends and family and having the doors opening onto the garden makes a great space, especially when the sun comes out.
We often spend the afternoon with our little girl in the play park and love the fact that the seaside is within walking distance. There are also plenty of walks for our dog too.
We have lived here for four years and have had new double glazing, replaced the front door and have recently redecorated throughout and even replaced the kitchen and bathroom. It has been a great house for us and we are certain the new owners will enjoy it just as much.
