One of the most important things for me and my family was being located in a safe neighbourhood and this house has really helped us with this as everybody is so friendly around here.

The other important factor was that I need to be close to an underground station as I work up in Central London so this really has been one of my favourite aspects of this house as the walk to Grange Hill station doesn't take me long at all.

We truly have been happy in this house and will be very sad to leave but are sure at the same time that whoever moves in will be as happy as we have been here.
