We moved to this property nearly 32 years ago and wanted a big house to raise our family. We loved the feeling that Southwater offered and it seemed like an ideal family environment with the Downs Link and good village amenities nearby.

When we came to see this house we fell in love with the character charm and could also see a lot of potential to further improve the property. Those sympathetic improvements have helped us bring up our three children and it has been the ideal family home but now the children have all flown the nest we are looking to downsize. We will be sad to leave and won't be moving too far away.
