I have owned the property for 14 years and it has been wonderful living here. People that buy a house in this area generally stay here a long time as the area offers great schools, travel links, the local shops are a great convenience and of course there is the seafront just moments away.

If you are looking for a Victorian house with great features such as fireplaces, cornices, sash windows, then this will be the house for you. If you are looking for a contemporary interior then this won't be for you. The reason I fell in love with the house is because I loved the spaciousness and features, and I hope the next owners will appreciate all the hard work that's gone into make the house more original.
