For the last 16 years we have loved living in this perfect family home with a great garden. So much living space, including three bathrooms, meant there was always room to spare, but now the children are no longer at home the house is too big for us and we are looking to downsize.
Another big attraction is the location, we are only minutes from Meadowbank park and a short walk beyond takes you into the town centre. The Ashcombe School is only minutes away, with no roads to cross and the easy walking distance to all three railway stations is a bonus too!
We will miss the view across the town from our living room and a glimpse of Box Hill every morning from our bedroom, but we hope that the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
