We had looked at a number of properties that were bordering on projects, but we liked the central position of this house as well as what we felt we could do here.

Since moving in we have changed the internal layout on the ground floor to make the space much more open plan.

We have re-fitted both the kitchen and the bathroom as well as completely changing the garden layout. We will miss evenings spent out there with a cold drink or two.
The location has been ideal in terms of both the train station and the town centre. We'll miss the convenience of being so central.
