This has been my family home for over 30 years, I have so many memories of living here.

The location is fabulous for getting to Romford and the neighbours have been great. One of the things I love about my home is how bright it is, the living space is always flooded with light on Sunny days.

I will be sad to see the home go, but the time has come for me to down size into something more manageable for myself.
