When we were looking to buy this house, we were moving from London and we looked at various areas and we decided on Kennington as it felt like a good area and it had plenty of amenities whilst being quiet. We thought this was the ideal house as it had room to grow into and a good size garden to match. We have levelled the garden off and it is great now for our young children to play in. It means that we can cook in the kitchen and know that they are safe outside whilst we can keep an eye on them through the window.
Just over 2 years ago, we converted the integrated garage to a play room and this has made such a difference to how we can use the living space. It also means that we can sit in the lounge in an evening and have a toy free zone.
