Property description

This is a great house that will make a good choice for a family home. Located on the outskirts of Sompting Village it has all you need day-to-day closeby. If schools within walking distance are on your wish list then this one is worth a closer look, too.

Those that love the fresh air will be pleased to see that downland walks are just a hop and a skip away which will be amazing, especially if a dog is second on that list or you love to get away from it all on your mountain bike! You can ride all the way to Steyning from here and enjoy a well-earned visit to a hostelry when you get there. Closer to home there is a recreation ground where you and the children can let off some of that steam, kicking a football about.

The current owner has maintained the property well including fitting double glazing, repointing and replacing the soffets and facsias. He has also added a new consumer unit and boiler to make it completely uptodate as well as enhancing the property with wood flooring and attractive french doors to the dining area. You really could just move in and make the most of his hardwork!

The garden is nicely landscaped to include a patio area to entertain which is crying out for you to invite your friends and family over for that housewarming barbecue.

Add this all together and we would be surprised if you didn't like this property as much as we do.

What the Owner says:

When I was searching for a new home and found this one, I was struck by how lovely the area was. There is no through traffic and it is a friendly residential area.

The garage was also a big plus for me as it guarantees secure parking and also provides more of that all-important storage.

The views of the countryside from the rear bedroom is wonderful to wake up to and gives a real feeling of space.

What really grabbed it for me was the size of the bedrooms and the lounge and dining area. Going to Brighton is also easy due to the location of the property and popping out to Sainsbury's is so easy.
