The 3 bedroom cottage enjoys a very spacious master bedroom, complete with window seat, there’s also a very large bath and shower room with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle, all found on the first floor. The ground floor offers a lovely homely lounge with open fireplace and exposed beams, a large dining room and kitchen, plus a handy study/occasional bedroom. The whole property has oil fired central heating and is largely double glazed too.

Outside the cottage has a south facing decked garden, which is fully enclosed and largely level – An ideal spot for a barbecue and outside dining.

TEDBURN ST MARY is one of the area’s picturesque villages situated some 7 miles west of Exeter, 5 miles south of Crediton and 14 miles east of Okehampton.  It lies within a mile of the A30 trunk road giving dual carriageway access to Exeter and the M5 motorway.  The village has two popular inns, a garage, post office / stores, historic parish church and a highly respected primary school.  The Fingle Glen Golf Club and Pathfinder Village are both situated nearby.

DIRECTIONS:   From Crediton proceed through Venny Tedburn and continue on towards Tedburn St Mary, upon reaching the T-Junction in the centre of the village turn left and the cottage will be seen on your right hand side, opposite the shop. We recommend parking your car before the T-Junction as parking at the shop is only temporary.
