We find the garden so peaceful and love spending time out there just pottering around. We did look at extending, having plenty of room to add a conservatory or convert the large loft, but at our age we have decided to downsize and be nearer to the family.

The location is perfect for us to pop to the shops or the railway station if we want to go out for the day.
