We were looking for a holiday home many years ago so that we could escape from London at the weekends. Our search started in Whitstable where we looked at a number of properties non of which were close enough to the sea to fit in with our budget.

Quite by chance we drove a bit further down the coast and came upon Minnis Bay. We sat in the seaside restaurant and watched the sun set over Reculver Towers and knew that this would be the perfect seaside retreat. We have updated our home over the years and hope that the new owners will be as happy as we have been living here.
