We had been looking at a number of houses and in comparison to the others available this was fantastic. The view from the top bedroom was not something we expected from the middle of East Grinstead. The bedrooms were all large enough for our growing family and the lounge/diner has been a great space.
It's brilliant to be so close to the town centre and yet in a position that not many people know about. The garage and off road parking have been of great use.
We will miss the garden mostly when the sun is shining - it's a real sun-trap.
