When I was looking buy 10 years ago I was after a project. Originally we were looking to convert the house into 2 flats but decided to keep it as a large family home. Over the years we have done lots of work including re-plastering, -re-fitting the bathroom and kitchen, re-placing the boiler, converting the cellar which has made a great office, re-decorating and renewing floor coverings.
