The first thing that grabbed us when we saw this house was the size – it felt much bigger than others we’d seen and knew this was the one for us, plus the lovely area topped it off. Over the last couple of years we have made lots of improvements since we moved in including; installing a brand new combi-boiler, and radiators in every room. Every carpet in the house was replaced at the same time. We selected the thickest ‘Cloud Nine’ underlay, and chose expensive ‘bleach-free’ carpets. The guttering was replaced, front and back for brand new and we installed a new bathroom suite. We had all the double glazing replaced by Apple and installed a new range cooker which we will be leaving.
Unfortunately we have now outgrown our home but hope the new owners enjoy it as much as we have.”
