I've only lived here a year but my late father was here for 4 years.

The space within the house is fantastic, but for me the best part is the view at the back, either from the balcony or almost as good from inside when the weather's not so warm. It's very soothing watching the tide go in and out. I have seen an amazing variety of wildlife from our local swans to cormorant, heron, kingfishers and migratory birds.

We're not far from all the local amenities here but the small estate makes it feel quiet and tucked away.

You also couldn't ask for nicer neighbours.
