We were first attracted to our house because it had generous bedrooms, an en-suite, downstairs cloakroom and was only 10 years old.

Moving from out of the area we have been pleasantly surprised how quiet it is and feel it is a safe and secure place to live. It is a shame our circumstances have changed and therefore prompted the sale else we would have been more than happy to stay.
