Please follow these directions as satellite navigation systems do lead to another property. From Hay-on-Wye take the B4350 towards Brecon. Continue to Glasbury-on-Wye and then continue on the A438, signposted towards Brecon. On exiting the village of Three Cocks take the left turn onto the A4078 signposted to Talgarth.
Continue along this road and on entering Talgarth turn left at the t-junction opposite The Castle Hotel. Follow the road to the roundabout and take the third exit onto the B4560, signposted Llangorse.
