Southgait Close is a development of ten flats set in a courtyard off South Street in the centre of St Andrews. 10 Southgait Close is in the south elevation of the building and overlooks the gardens of the neighbouring rectory and Queen Street Gardens.

It is a quiet location away from any roads or public areas. It is also very central being close to the University, shops, bars and restaurants. The property is a short walk from the world famous Old Course and the West Sands beach.

St Andrews is renowned worldwide as the ‘Home of Golf’. Edinburgh Airport, with a wide range of domestic and international flights, is 50 miles away and Dundee Airport is 15 miles.
