I originally wanted an older property as I would have preferred something with more character, but I had friends whose parents lived here and the location is superb. The downstairs feels really large and I loved the garden for the children. The house needed a little work so we did the kitchen and the bathroom and the whole house was decorated.

It’s easy to see why the area is so popular, the school is wonderful and just over the road so the children could walk to school and the car could stay on the driveway. The town is also a short walk away and if I need to use the train, I’ll walk to the station as well.
