Having been born and bred in the area we had always liked this area and jumped at the chance when this house came up. It was modern and we preferred the maintenance free style of living.
Since moving in we have changed the rear double glazing as well as replacing the double doors in the dining room. We have also re-fitted the kitchen & both the bathroom and en-suite shower room. We also had he garage split so that the front is now storage, but the majority of the space is now a home office.
We'll miss the outlook to the rear, the feeling of seclusion and whilst we are close to the town, we will miss the peace and quiet of living here.
