When buying this house it was the location and layout that won us over. Being at the back of a quiet cul-de-sac and not being overlooked really attracted us, as did the shape of the lounge. Square in shape and spacious makes it a very practical and sociable room and with the French windows and doors letting lots of light in, it is bright and airy.

We feel the time is right to down size but if the truth be known we will be sad to leave.
