We were lucky enough to move in from new in 2006 and have been comfortable and content. The house is user friendly and we have nurtured our unusual garden as a relaxing outdoor space.

The location offers excellent early morning and evening strolls along The Leas and cliffs. A cycling commute to town can be achieved with very little distance by road, avoiding traffic on the coastal cycle path. Amenities within walking distance include The Playa Restaurant and Beach Public House.

We have a good relationship with all the neighbours of a mixed age range.
