Location	Polruan is a charming old fishing village located on the Fowey Estuary on the South Coast of Cornwall. The village has traditional Cornish narrow lanes, which adds to its quaint appeal. The village has a general store, post office, café, doctor\‘s surgery, two well patronized public houses and a further array of small local retail shops. Across the river is the ancient town of Fowey with more restaurants and shops, which can be easily accessed via the foot ferry that leaves from Polruan Quay every 10-15 minutes. The Fowey Estuary is well known for its safe anchorage and excellent sailing facilities and is always busy with river and sea-going vessels alike. If you enjoy walking the South West Coastal Path is only a short distance from the property, leading you to some of the most breath taking views on Cornwall\‘s magnificent coastline.

Directions	Upon entering Polruan, follow Fore street to the bottom of the hill. At the junction you will see 2 The Quay on the far side of the junction on the right facing the water. The property is a slight off white in colour. For parking continue through the junction past the property and onto the quay. Parking tickets are available in the shop on the quay.
