We have really enjoyed living in this home for the last five years. The road, while not private, has a private quiet feel to it with friendly neighbours.

The house is a great size and deserves to be enjoyed to its full potential. With its great outside space and largely open aspect downstairs it is perfect for entertaining. It is a short walk from Purley Station with a bus stop located just around the corner.

We are sad to leave, but hope the house's new owners enjoy it as much as we have done.
