We were living in Southwater, looking to upgrade and wanted a detached home. We started to look in Horsham and Southwater but decided that we really wanted to stay within the family friendly village of Southwater. We focussed the search here and after viewing a number of properties we came to see this one. Initially we liked the feel of the road and when we went inside we could not believe the size of the reception rooms as they were so much bigger than others we had seen.
