Property description

This superb family home must be at the top of your list of homes to see, it is finished to a lovely standard throughout and has that homely feeling that we are all searching for. Just some of the highlights are, a large lounge boasting spectacular views across Woodingdean and a dining room, that’s ideal for a dinner party or when the rest of the family come to visit.

Another highlight is the large kitchen to the rear, which overlooks the pretty garden, even making the washing up a pleasure! For all of you with a culinary flare you will find this kitchen easy to work in, with plenty of work space to create those magical dishes. This home has a wonderful flow, with the dining room having double doors, which open out onto the garden, so in the summer you really feel like you are in the middle of the countryside. With four generous bedrooms you will never feel squeezed in here and bedroom 1 has an en-suite too, so along with the cloakroom on the ground floor there’s no need to queue for the loo!

With a driveway and a double garage, those of you who like to tinker at the weekend will always find some space to indulge their passion, be it restoring a classic bike or car, or just somewhere to keep the fishing tackle!

Located in a very quiet close, not far from the shops and local schools, this is the very definition of family living, with those stunning views to how can you resist? Call us and book a viewing today.

What the Owner says:

This has been a lovely home for us, we’ve enjoyed our time here very much. Our neighbours are fantastic and it is very quiet area to live in.

We love the garden, you can often find us out there pottering around and the big garage is great for storing lots of things to do with our hobbies. We also like to park the car in here as well, it keeps the frost off in the winter!

It’s time for a new chapter in our lives and we are on the move towards the Seaford area to be closer to our friends and family.
