DIRECTIONS From Hexham, take 4th exit at roundabout on A69 towards Corbridge. Take slip road signposted Corbridge, take left towards Stagshaw roundabout. Go straight over roundabout onto A68. Follow this road to Five Lane Ends, take right hand signposted Colwell. Follow road through Colwell and Little Bavington until you reach the junction, take a left onto the A696 signposted Jedburgh. Approximately one mile on, there is a single storey cottage, turn right through the gates and drive on through the woods, passing gardens and stables on the right. Keep going until you reach the property on the left hand side.  

SERVICES Oil fired central heating to radiators and providing the domestic hot water. Mains water and septic tank drainage for which there is an additional fee charged by the landlord. Approximately £150 per annum for each. Mains electricity. 

CHARGES The tenant will be required to meet all outgoings including council tax. Council tax band E. There will also be a non-refundable charge of £210 (including VAT) for the administration of the application and credit checks. This charge is payable on the submission of the application for the tenancy. 

DEPOSIT £1500 will be lodged with the agents prior to the commencement of the tenancy. This sum will be returned at the termination of the tenancy subject to all commitments having been made.
