and historic values, one such value is the village without a liquor licence in its neighbourhood for reasons dating back to medieval periods all add to its appeal.

The road itself is equally as intriguing. As it dog legs away from the main road. It is tree lined and with a multitude of different property types and styles this one sits towards the

Concentrating on the property itself, the outside is a great place to start a large corner type plot offers an ideal garden to watch the children play and a small side area that has

If this is winning you over, wait until you enter the home. A large hallway with feature staircase and hand varnished block flooring. The lounge is unique a very large room with full
length and double aspect windows. Arguably the most pleasant room in the house.

A good sized kitchen with rejuvenated workspaces and the perfect preparation area again with light flooding in from the garden views.

To the first floor you will find four well proportioned bedrooms and newly installed modern family bathroom and a separate WC to provide even more convenience.

HEXTABLE
Hextable is a village and civil parish in the Sevenoaks District of Kent, England. It lies north to the town of Swanley. The village grew up in late Victorian times with the selling off of Hextable Farm in 1870 (prior to this there were only three houses on the land that now comprises the village). It was originally set up as an area for the well-to-do to live in fine villas. Many of these villas are still standing, although two, Southbank and Newbank in College Road, were recently torn down to make way for flats and townhouses. Notably, there are no pubs within the village, due to restrictions placed by former landowners in the late 19th century, although there are pubs to be found on its woodland outskirts. Hextable is located inside of the M25 and is also nearby to the M20, the A20 and the A2. Hextable is served by Arriva Kent bus route 477 with services to Bluewater via Dartford and to Orpington via Swanley. The nearest rail link to the village is Swanley station
