We viewed several properties back then but this was by far the best value for money.
Having the 3 toilets is a Godsend especially with children. On the other hand it comes in handy when we have people visiting.
The layout itself offers great versatility which provides options.
The utility area is also quite handy allowing us to lock away all those noisy appliances which means we've got more cupboard space in the kitchen and work tops.
It's also got adequate parking for all the cars at the front, at the same time, enough space at the back for the children to run around.
We found the location quite convenient for all the amenities, shops, schools, parks and other attractions all easily accessible so we don't always find ourselves having the need to take the car.
Over the last few years we have done our best just to maintain the presentation and standard of our home. We've kept it quite neutral so it's easy to change depending on the new buyers situation. It has really served us well as a family and we've had so many happy times here and we do hope the new owners have a similar experience or even better.
