I initially purchased this property as a renovation project to live in but later decided that it was too big for my needs. On purchasing the property I stripped it right back and the works completed included a new roof, full rewire, plumbing and central heating. I chose to install the newest combi boiler meaning no cylinder is needed. I commissioned a local joiner to build the double doors in the kitchen and I have chosen to finish the property to a high standard. The kitchen work tops are earth stone and I personally stripped the floorboards downstairs.
I have become very fond of this house over the last year and I am sure someone will enjoy it as much as I have. The house has great homely feel and would be ideal for a family.
