This grand property was our father’s home for many years and he loved it here in Ventnor where he could wander down into the town and indulge in his passion for antiques. The house was a big responsibility for Dad and so it now requires modernisation and refurbishment.

The lower ground floor flat has provided a good income over the years and has been separately let but could make a fabulous granny annexe, holiday let or become part of the main house once more.
