When we were looking to take the next step up the property ladder we saw this house and we were instantly attracted to the size and space it offered. Add to this the amazing countryside views and we had to buy it. Since moving in around 9 years ago we have carried out many and various improvements. We also created an additional room downstairs in what was a large storage area and this has proved most useful with a growing family and could be put to variety of uses. The balcony area off the lounge gives us a sunny spot to relax in and admire the views across Appuldurcombe and beyond. It’s not obvious from the front but the garage and parking at the back is really handy and means we have plenty of storage and somewhere to park the car.
