We moved here from London hoping to find the magic combination of rural tranquillity and a friendly community and we were not disappointed. Rottingdean Place is unique. The very large estate has wild flower meadows, a bluebell wood and wonderful views across the rolling Downs to the sea. With lovely tended gardens including the beautiful formal quadrangle as well as the sport facilities. The estate is really well-managed and that gives us the the convenience and security of having someone else look after it all, so that we can just shut the door and go to our house in Greece. We particularly chose this house as it has the best view, the prettiest garden and the most bookshelves!
