Since I moved in 2013 we have partitioned the main bedroom to give us a fourth bedroom that we needed.
When the sun is out, we often take a stroll over Banstead Woods which is less than a minute away, and by car in 10 minutes we can be up on Epsom Downs, or shopping in Sutton, Epsom or Reigate. Having the M25 close by is very handy for both Heathrow and Gatwick airports when it's holiday time.

In summary this property has certainly served my family well and it is only that I need to move closer to London that the decision to move has been made so shortly after moving in.
