It's a fantastic place to live, cool and airy in summer with fresh sea breezes, warm and cosy in winter with the log burning stove. The shops and beach are five minutes walk away, bus and off island school pickups are at the end of the road. The spacious rooms are helpful when family/friends gather for parties and our conservatory is a great place to soak up winter sun. A door in the hallway gives access to both homes - very handy for baby sitting when the children were young. However they are now making lives of their own, so it's time to downsize. We will really miss our lovely home and hope the next owners enjoy it as much as we have. Its so much more than a house and annex, its one house, two homes with superb intergenerational living or one very large and relaxing family home.
