Description

Worden can be dated from the 16th century when it was reputedly a cider press and orchard. Over the years, it evolved into a full working farm, until the year 2000, when it was sold as a family home. Within the grounds is an Astro Turf tennis court and pavilion and a pond, which is large enough to potter about on in a small rowing boat. Directions

From Dartmouth follow the A3122 away from town, passing the entrance to Sainsbury's on your right. Take the next turning on your left into Venn Lane. Follow Venn Lane for half a mile until reaching the entrance signed Worden House. Follow the track for a short distance and the drive to Worden House will be found on the right.
