We have owned the property now for a number of years and it has been the perfect home to bring up the family in. It was the space and more so the location that sold the property to us initially as with young children it is great to be able to walk to everything from the town centre, train station, schools and East Court Park in a matter of minutes. The driveway has been a huge bonus for us especially being so close to the town and when visitors come we can easily fit 4-5 cars on it.
