My favourite room is definitely the kitchen and breakfast areas, they are such a great size, I fell in love with them the first time I saw them. We have lots of cupboard storage space and work tops so it’s really practical and it’s a joy to cook the Sunday roast on the large range cooker. There is room for the dining table as well, so when we have family and friends over we always seem to congregate here, it’s a lovely social area.

We love spending time in the garden. It measures 165' in length and there is an abundance of colour in the spring and summer. We currently use the summer house as a gym, but it would make an ideal office as it is fitted with electricity and lighting.
