We love the fact we have very nice neighbours downstairs, and next door.

We love the fact its only 8 minutes walk to Queens Road Peckham station - where you can pick up trains to London Bridge which take less than 10 minutes away. Its about 20 minutes to walk to New Cross Gate and the London Overground service to Canada Water.


What we love about the area:

We love that independent local shops are only 5 minutes walk away on High Street. We love Ayres the bakers and FC Soper the popular fishmonger and more recently Bambuni, a fabulous deli offering fantastic Olive Oils.

We love that its just five minutes walk to beautiful Telegraph Hill park with amazing views over the city and just five minutes walk to Victorian Nunhead Cemetary.

We love that its walking distance (20 minutes) to East Dulwich for lots of great bars/restaurants/independent shops on Lordship Lane.

We love that its ten minutes walk to Peckham Rye common and park cafe.

We love the creative/artistic feel to the community including community choir, film festivals,the regualr arts festivals and the excellent local library.

We love that its walking distance to Peckham Pulse (20 minutes) and Dulwich Leisure Centre (15 minurtes) with the swimming pools, fitness classes on offer.

We love The Nuns Head pub - and the different evenings including quiz night and open mic night and there are lots of other great pubs and cafes in Brockley and the Bellenden Road area of Peckham.
