When we were looking to buy 10 years ago we knew that this was the one straight away. It offered such good value for money and we saw nothing else that offered the amount of space at the price.
We particularly loved the fact that it came with its own private garden, which so many other flats and maisonettes didn't.
However, the real bonus is the covered parking space as parking is a premium in the area.
We also love being so central, there always seems to be a shops open, when we run out of supplies. We have made some improvements including re-fitting the shower room, decorating and laying some carpets, making it a cosy home. It is now time for us to move on and for someone else to make it there's.
