This lovely seaside holiday park is just a few miles from both Scarborough and Filey towns whose gorgeous sandy beaches draw in tens of thousands of visitors every year, but if you don`t want to wander too far for a quick swim you can take advantage of the heated indoor and outdoor pools here on the park. There are sports and leisure activities to try, like crazy golf, Laser Combat and archery.

Why not try your luck at the Fresh Water Fishing, on our boating lake. The lake has many types of fish including Carp, Tench, Roach and Silver Bream. The average weight of the fish is 9lb. With the bumper boats and go karts nearby this is ideal for hours of family fun. Access the lake across grassed area onto wooden pathway at lake side.

Most Owners take advantage of a park funding package arranged specifically for them. Either a minimum of £3,000 cash or 20% of the holiday home value is required as a deposit and a funding package is then sourced that suits their requirements. All details can be processed on park.
