I also feel I have finished the property to a high standard and really hope the new owners appreciate how much hard work has gone into making the property as it is.

You are tucked out the way here however if you do commute for work you have the motorway relatively close by so you can get to Portsmouth, Southampton or further afield. I really hope the new owners enjoy the property as much as I have.
