Hellas-Helvetia Limited has been established over 44 years and specialises in residential sales, lettings, investment properties and property management in Bayswater, Notting Hill, Holland Park, Kensington and the surrounding areas.
We offer a full, comprehensive and professional service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, with an established local and international clientele who have been with us for many years. We are members of the National Association of Estate Agents, the Association of Residential Letting Agents and the Ombudsman for Estate Agents, and offer our clients a high and professional quality of service with the expert knowledge gained from four decades of experience in this area. Through our links with other agents we can source properties all over London or offer your property to them at no extra cost to you.
Hellas-Helvetia is open six days a week, Monday to Friday 9:30am – 6:00pm and Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm, appointments for viewings are arranged as quickly as possible. We have many years experience providing accommodation for a wide variety of applicants from professional couples to students. We manage many of the flats we let and offer an excellent level of service over the period of the tenancy. All deposits are protected with The Dispute Service (TDS) and a full inventory is carried out prior to your moving in.
