We wanted to view the house because of the proximity to Horley station and that it fell in the catchment area for a recommended excellent school.

We were bowled over by all that the house had to offer. It had the space we were looking for, it was very much to our tastes and the garden impressed us so much we could instantly see ourselves being very happy here as we have been for so many years.

We'll miss the local area and the easy access of London and Brighton by train, but it's time to move on and let someone new enjoy the house.
