Now that we have young children, time is always a precious commodity. We wanted a house that was in great condition, that didn’t need any work, so that our spare time was ours to spend together as a family. New build was a natural choice for us, not only was everything all working, shiny and new, we also had the peace of mind of our 10 Year NHBC guarantee just in case anything was to go wrong.
