The communal facilities for the house include: one bathroom (including basin, toilet and shower in the bath), one shower room with waterfall shower (including basin and toilet), one lounge (with seating for six), one kitchen (including a breakfast bar with stools, two ovens, a five burner hob, a washing machine and two fridges).

The house has just been fully renovated to a very high standard, including a modern white gloss kitchen and Bathstore bathrooms. All the bedrooms contain new IKEA furniture and the house has new oak-look laminate flooring throughout (apart from the bathrooms and kitchens which are tiled and the stairs which are carpeted).

Although there is no off road parking there are usually places to park along Jubilee Drive itself.

Rooms in this house are available for £95 per person per week (inc bills – gas , electrics, water and broadband).

A deposit of £300 will be required for each tenant and letting agent"s fee will apply.
