Property description

A large site with planning for three individual and highly desirable executive family homes located on the rural fringes and having a southerly aspect over lovely open countryside. The site could have the potential for more units subject to planning approval.

Location

The site is know as Avonwynn View which is located at the end of Trembear Way, St Austell. This established residential area is set in a wonderful setting with far reaching views. St Austell is one of the largest towns in Cornwall and was recently subject to a major redevelopment program which, saw its main town centre transformed with a new shopping mall including restaurants and a multiplex cinema. The town boasts a mainline railway station with daily connections to London Paddington and beyond. Famously home to the Eden Project, one of the UK's top tourist attractions, and the port of Charlestown and Mevagissey, St Austell has a lot to offer. With superb transport connections, excellent schooling, employment opportunities and being close to arguably some of the Counties finest beaches.

Details of site:
Full planning permission reference 99/20/00292 for the construction of three detached dwellings on land off Trembear Road, St Austell was granted by Restormel Borough Council on 2 June 1999. The site layout approved under permission ref. 99/20/00292 is submitted with this application Condition 1 to the planning permission ref. 99/20/00292 states that the development shall be begun within five years of the date of the permission, i.e. By 1 June 2004. The agent has advised that the planning permission was implemented and the development commenced in 2003 with the construction of Plots 1 and 2 as shown on the approved layout drawing DS906 SK3 rev B. Plot 1 (now known as Mordros, 4 Avonwynn View) was subsequently completed and occupied. Mordros, 4 Avonwynn View, was added to the Council Tax Register (Property Ref 1) on 15 May 2004
