Location

Take the B3269 Passage Lane from the top of Fowey down towards the Ferry. Cinder Track is located almost opposite the W C Hunkin Boatyard at the bottom of the one-way road up Green Lane.

Description

The land is offered in two Lots although a single offer may be made for both Lots together.

Lot 1

1.21 acres of former stone quarries and woodland surrounding with potential for a variety of uses, subject to appropriate consents. There is a Tree Preservation Order on the property and and a copy may be obtained from the agents.

Lot 2

0.57 acre paddock which has recently been cleared, sloping away from the houses at Tavern Barn above.

Footpath

A public footpath runs up Cinder Track and continues along the path on the north-western boundary of Lot 2. Lot 2 is granted a right-of-way over the length of the track through Lot 1. The Seller reserves a right-of-way over the Track to access the adjoining fields.
